You won't get auto-replies from a ticket system. You won't be funnelled into a "support portal". If a reply takes longer than two working days, it's almost always because we're shipping a release — chase us, we don't mind.
What we won't reply to
- Generic SEO outreach (link insertion, guest-post pitches, niche-edit offers). We don't accept these and we don't respond to them.
- Mass-mailed press releases from companies we have no prior relationship with.
- "Please give me a job" emails — we are a two-person team and not hiring.
